1. Pre-Order Agreement: By placing a pre-order, you are reserving a 1st Edition EmoPal™ from our initial manufacturing run.

2. Production Quota Requirement: Manufacturing begins only when the minimum quota (500–1,000 units per Pal) is reached. This ensures fair pricing and premium quality for all collectors.

3. Payment & Refund Policy: Payment is processed upon checkout but applied only when production begins. If the quota isn’t met within 60–90 days, we may extend the campaign or issue full refunds to all buyers.

4. Shipping: You’ll receive tracking updates when your order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by region. International orders may face additional customs fees.

5. Order Modifications:
Orders can be changed or canceled before production starts. Once in production, all sales are final.

6. Limited-Edition Guarantee:
Each EmoPal™ collectible is part of a strictly limited run of 1,000 units per character. Once sold out, no identical reprints will be made.

7. Liability Limitation:
Mediapeg LLC and EmoPals™ are not responsible for delays due to acts of nature, supply-chain disruptions, or global logistics issues.

8. Fan Club Membership:
By joining the EmoPals™ Fan Club, you’ll gain access to exclusive drops, coloring book releases, and early previews. Membership terms may evolve as the brand expands.

9. Intellectual Property:
All EmoPals™ names, characters, designs, and likenesses are protected trademarks of Mediapeg LLC. Use without permission is prohibited.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment:
Placing a pre-order means you acknowledge and agree to these terms fully.
