Each EmoPal™ represents a real human emotion — designed to help kids (and adults!) embrace, understand, and balance their feelings in fun, collectible form.
🛒 When will I receive my pre-order?
Production begins once the pre-order goal (500–1,000 per character) is met. Expect regular updates during manufacturing and fulfillment. Typical delivery is 60–90 days after production begins.
💰 When is payment processed?
Payment is collected at checkout but held securely until manufacturing starts. If we don’t hit our quota, you’ll get a full refund — guaranteed.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by region and customs processing.
✏️ Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — you can update or cancel before production starts. Once manufacturing begins, all sales are final since these are limited-edition collectibles.
🎁 Will there be more editions?
Absolutely! EmoPals™ will release new editions, villains, and special collaborations over time. 1st Edition collectors automatically receive priority access to future releases.
