EmoPals Entertainment Group is rapidly expanding into national retail, digital media, animation, education, children’s wellness, and brand partnerships.
Because of our explosive growth, we are building an elite team of independent high-ticket closers to help manage inbound demand and strategic sponsorship opportunities. If you know how to close, maintain professionalism, and manage a pipeline, we want you on our team.
The Position
Independent Contractor | Commission-Only | Work From Anywhere
We are hiring driven closers to sell:
• Sponsorship Packages
• Licensing Opportunities
• Retail & Merch Distribution Deals
• Coloring Books, Digital Products & Media Packages
• Brand Collaboration Packages
• Event Sponsorships (Global Wellness Expo, EmoPals Universe Events, etc.)
This is not hourly work.
This is not customer service.
This is professional commission sales designed for people who want to earn based on performance.
Compensation
20% – 25% Commission Per Closed Deal
• Paid within 48 hours after company receives cleared funds
• Average deal size: $500 – $10,000+
• Top closers can earn $3,000 – $10,000+ per week depending on output
There is no cap on your earnings.
What We Provide

✔ Scripts & Offer Breakdowns
Professional, structured scripts—and freedom for experienced closers to adjust their flow.
✔ CRM Access (Google Sheets CRM)
Track prospects, pipeline, follow-ups.
(Sales reps must maintain accuracy to stay active.)
✔ Digital Assets & Sales Materials
Pitch decks, sponsorship sheets, product pages, branding kits, and marketing collateral.
✔ Daily & Weekly Support
• Leaderboard
• Group message channel
• Coaching & refinement
• Weekly performance reviews (optional but encouraged)
✔ Fast Payouts
Commissions paid within 48 hours of cleared funds.
What We Expect From You
This is a professional, independent contractor sales role, and we expect:
✔ Strong Work Ethic
No micromanagement.
You control your schedule—your results reflect your effort.
✔ Student Mentality
Willingness to learn scripts, systems, and product knowledge.
✔ Professional Communication
Respectful, ethical, no pressure-based selling.
✔ Pipeline Management
Daily tracking of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and won deals.
✔ Consistency
Recommended structure:
• 20–50 outreach messages/day
• 5–10 follow-ups/day
• Weekly pipeline report
Independent Contractor Requirements
To stay legally compliant, all closers must adhere to the following:
✔ You are NOT an employee
You work independently and choose your hours.
✔ No misrepresenting the company
Professionalism is required at all times.
✔ No accepting payments personally
All transactions must go directly through EmoPals Entertainment Group.
✔ Commission-Only
No hourly wages, no salaries, no employee benefits.
✔ Ssles Contract Agreement/W-9 Required
Submit your Sales Contract Agreement & W-9 before closing deals.

• Google CRM or your own (pipeline tracker)
• Google Drive (scripts, sales decks, offer materials)
• JotForm Lead Intake Forms
• SMS / Email / Messenger
• Optional: Your own CRM system
